Job Description:
We are seeking a responsible and proactive Driver to support an Managing Director with both administrative tasks and driving duties. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, assist with personal and work-related tasks, and ensure safe and timely transportation.

Job Responsibilities:
Driving Duties:
• Provide safe and timely transportation for the Managing Director to various locations, including meetings, appointments, and events.
• Plan routes efficiently to avoid delays, considering traffic and road conditions.
• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition at all times.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and schedule maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Assist with running errands, such as picking up and delivering documents, packages, or other items as requested.
• Application prefer stay area at Petra Jaya, Kuching Sarawak.
• Ages above 30 years old.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:
• SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a personal assistant or driver.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to navigate routes efficiently and use GPS systems.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage both driving and administrative responsibilities.

Permanent / RM1500 - RM1999 / 3 Shift Time / Telecommunications

Job Responsibilities:
• Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone.
• Employ a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to move beyond customer’s frustrations and solve customer’s problem.
• Identify the level of technical knowledge and adjust technical communications to solve customer’s problem.
• Diagnosing system errors and other issues.
• Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues.
• Requesting feedback and/or monitoring calls and other methods of correspondence to improve training methods.
• Running reports to analyse common complaints and problems.
• At least 6 month working experience in the related field.
• Good communication skills of English & BM.
• Able to work in 24/7 hours rotation shifts (include Public Holidays & Weekend).
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• This position will require shift work to includes nights, weekends and holidays (24x7x365).
• Register stamping at LHDN Website (stamp assessment & payment system).
• Able to start work immediately.

Requirements:
• Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5.
